1020 (a.k.a. 1021 Occidental Avenue South) is a great building located across the street from the Seahawks Exhibition Center, and just North of Safeco Field at the intersection of 1st Avenue South and Royal Brougham Way. We are on the border between Pioneer Square and the SODO District, which provides us a unique atmosphere, that is connected both to the grimy, machine like quality of the industrial district, and the refined cultural center of downtown and Pioneer Square.
