The 1020 Building is a budding artist community, and there are still several non-live studio spaces available. The 4 storey brick building has great character and tall ceilings ranging from 10' - 18'. There are a variety of units available, ranging from $150 to $950 per month. You can arrange a tour of them by contacting the building manager, Jeff, at 206.343.2350. Please let him know you found us through the website.

14ft ceiling, Third Floor, Alley Windows, Utility Sink.

Utilities, including electricity, gas heat, and water (if applicable) are included within the monthly rent. Phone service and DSL is available at tenants expense. Mailboxes, secure 24 hour access, and a freight elevator are provided. There are public restrooms on each floor, including 2 showers for tenant use.

There have been a lot of spaces leased in the past few months...If you are a productive artist, looking for a space in a good building, we would be delighted to have you as a contributing member of our community.
